Think about Habits

I am a creature of habit.

The problem has been, several of my habits were/are extremely bad for my health.

Habits can’t be eliminated, but they can be changed for the better. You must think about what you want to change and why you want to change.

Changing my bad health habits requires thinking about all of my health habits. The good and the bad…

  • The habits around what I think about myself.
  • The habits around what I think about food.
  • The habits around what I think about my body.

I need to think about how my habits control how I act and behave.

The thinking comes first, then the habit can be changed.

When I think of myself as thin, I think, “What does the thin me eat? What kind of exercise does the thin me do? How does the thin me feel? What does thin me do that I don’t or can’t do now?”

This gives me all the information I need to start changing my habits, changing the way I act, and changing my life.

In its simplest form:  Think – Act – Become – Thin, Fit & Healthy.
