Having multiple levels of accountability can help you follow through on your weight loss goals.
- Share your plan with others.
- Find an encouraging friend or family member.
- Track your progress and review it often.
- Get an exercise partner and push each other.
On the other hand, you are really only accountable to yourself. This is why purpose is so important. It is not enough to know what you WANT. You must know WHY.
When you share your WHY with others, you show them that you are serious about making a change. If accountability partners come and go, your WHY will always be with you.
