Do A Little Something

When you do even a little something that is meaningful and positive for your health, it does good for you at that moment.

When you do that little something every day:

  • It does good a week from now
  • It does good a month from now
  • It does good a year from now
  • It does good a decade from now

That little something adds up to a lot of good. Do a little something.
