If you want to be thin, fit, and healthy you must achieve it mentally before you can experience it in your life. This is best accomplished when you combine your WANT with an extreme sense of gratitude.
Gratitude is the key. Be grateful for what you have. Be grateful for what you have experienced. Be grateful for what is happening. Be grateful for the future.
Be grateful for what you will have in the future, and be as grateful for it now as you will be when it comes to you.
