The Inconvenience Store

Habit is as habit does.

For years, I would walk into my favorite convenience store, head straight to the Coke machine, fill up, and enjoy.

It takes a great amount of physical and mental effort to stop this kind of habit. So don’t stop it, change it.

Change it a little bit every day.

  • Get a smaller size every once in a while.
  • Replace the Coke with an iced tea or water a few times a week.
  • Add a quality snack to your drink purchase.

The inconvenience store can become a great asset and help you on your weight loss journey.
